Tesoro Viejo Engagement | Austin + Alex
Austin and Alex’s Tesoro Viejo engagement session was a lot of fun! These two have been together for a long time and it shows in their banter and the perfect ease they have with each other.
These two met while working in Dick’s Sporting Goods parking lot. Someone had stolen Alex’s hubcaps. She vented her frustrations on Austin, even though he had no idea who she was. She said she must’ve been charming enough that he wanted to get to know her!
They hit it off pretty well and when he asked Alex out, she actually said no, but changed her mind a week later. Good thing she did, because now, 6 years later they are getting married!!
Alex proposed at Graveyard Winery in Paso Robles. She used to tell him she wanted to get married there, even though she knew that was just a dream. They planned a trip with some friends. When they got to the winery, there was a beautiful deck and Austin wasted no time taking Alex out there and dropping to one knee. She said she totally blanked out, but it was amazing. He even invited her sisters and two best friends to be there for it. They spent the rest of the day drinking wine and having a great time!
Their wedding will take place October 28, 2023 at the Noriega House in Bakersfield, CA. I have no doubt that it is going to be a mix of sweet and romantic with a big party to celebrate! I had the privilege of capturing Alex’s twin sister, Beth’s wedding. You can see her blog here.
