Vinnie was not a huge fan of his cake smash session. He was perfectly content being held by mom or dad. Sitting for pictures was not on his agenda for the day. I was lucky to get some great shots though when he was distracted.

I have never seen a baby this age have so much personality and joy. She smiled for her entire hour session and let me do anything I wanted. It was awesome! It is obvious she is used to being around people and she is extremely loved and adored.

We photographed this session at the beautiful Harland Ranch Park. Unfortunately it was one of the hottest days in August and we just couldn’t imagine trying to do her cake smash in the heat, so we had to come up with a plan B.
