A Spring Farm Engagement Session ~ Dinuba, CA
Alondra and Carlos are just the sweetest couple and a perfect match for my style and personality! When I first meet a potential SPV Couple, I want to be sure that we are a good fit for each other. One of the things I look for in my clients is that they are playful and joyful. Over the years I have found that couples who take themselves super seriously aren’t always the best fit for my personality! I love it when they can be themselves and allow me to personally get to know them during their farm engagement session.
Alondra and Carlos are that perfect kind of couple. They are down to earth, easy to talk to, fun to be around and you can just tell that they are so excited to start their new life together!! Not only did I get to know the two of them, but we also spent time on their family owned farm, which is where they will have their wedding.
This shoot was fun and challenging at the same time. The sun was a bit high still but that didn’t keep me from finding ways to capture a beautiful and clean session for them!
As we walked around the property we talked about how they met and how Carlos proposed. As he told me the story of his proposal I knew right away that he is a romantic guy! Alondra thought she was planning his birthday party but he had other plans. With the help of his sister, Carlos organized the most romantic proposal. He rented large marquis letters that spelled out “Marry Me.” Alondra walked on a red carpet to Carlos, who was standing inside a large circle of red rose petals, holding the biggest bouquet of roses I have ever seen! He got down on his knee and asked her to spend her life with him. They showed me a video of the proposal and it was just the sweetest thing.
I loved getting to know these two during their session and I am so honored to be the one to capture their wedding day for them!! I can’t wait to see Alondra in her wedding dress. She is going to make a stunning bride!
