The Darling Hotel Engagement | Rachel and Erik
Rachel and Erik’s Darling Hotel engagement was so much fun! I LOVE this hotel. It is a perfect throwback to the 1930’s with its art deco design, and it is the perfect place for a little retro vibe session.
When Rachel asked it we could do part of their session at the hotel I was so excited. I have been wanting to do a session like this for so long, and the opportunity had finally come. Rachel and Erik nailed it. I can’t wait for you to see my favorite images from their session.
The second half of their session took place at their wedding venue. You’d never know by the images that there was a huge fundraiser taking place, and over 100 onlookers were just to our left.
There is a little hint in these images that tells where these two met. Incorporating that into their session was a must! When Rachel mentioned it to me I told her the scoop had to happen. Unknowingly, she and I simultaneously looked on Amazon and found one. She ordered it and it made for some really cute pictures.
I cannot wait for their May wedding and celebrating with them. These two have so much love for each other and others, I just know it’s going to be an amazing day! Stay tuned for their wedding gallery.
