Best Weddings of 2019
I have been doing wedding photography for awhile now, and each year I learn something new and find ways to take my business to the next level. This year I was blessed with the most weddings I have ever done in one year and they did not disappoint!
We got to work with some amazing couples that we are so grateful to now call friends. I produced some of my best work and got to shoot in a couple of dream venues. 2019 wedding season was definitely one for the books and I cannot wait to see what 2020 brings.
As I looked through the images that I captured this year, I hand pick the ones that make me want to go shoot again!!! Here are some of those images from 2019! Enjoy my favorite images of 2019!!
We’ll start off with Mindy and Daniel’s March wedding because…well…they were our first wedding of the year! They got married at Wedgewood Weddings – Fresno.
This venue is a popular all-inclusive venue but it is small and portrait locations are limited. Most of the typical portrait locations were in full sun and would not have worked. I found one spot with great light and took all of their portraits there. This is one of my favorites from their portraits.
Our next wedding was Briana and Chris’s! This wedding was a favorite because of the tender and sweet love they have for each other. Chris was so happy to make Briana his wife. He didn’t stop smiling once the entire day! Chris and Bri were married at Fresno Sportsmen’s Club in April.
Our third wedding was Gina and Matt’s, in May, at The Branch and Vine. It was a beautiful day and these two were so happy to finally be able to tie the knot.
Not every wedding we shoot is big and lavish. Sometimes we shoot vow renewals and second marriages. Our third couple is Dee and Byron. They are a second chance and had their May wedding in their backyard on the bluffs. It was such a fun, intimate wedding.
Next up is one wedding that is near and dear to my heart because it is one of my former students! Veronica and Ed were married in June in Porterville and had their reception at Ford Farms in Lindsay.
In July we got a last minute call to shoot Shelby and Criz’s wedding in her grandparents backyard. There are so many things I loved about this wedding, but the thing that I was so grateful for was the amazing light!!! It was a photographer’s dream!
Our last wedding of the year was Beth and Matt’s in October at Wolf Lakes Park. There were plenty of tear filled moments throughout this wedding.
