Boho Backyard Wedding | Clovis, CA

Sabrina and Chris’s boho backyard wedding was magical!! After rescheduling their wedding FOUR times, they were FINALLY able to say, “I do”! It wasn’t the wedding they had dreamed of, but thanks to their friend Tina, it was even better. She transformed her home into a beautiful wedding venue where Sabrina and Chris could be surrounded by their closest friends and family. It was perfect!

Sabrina and Chris are the kindest and most genuine people you could ever meet. Their journey began in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho where they met as roommates. Soon they began dating, life happened and they gave birth to their sweet daughter, who changed their lives forever. They spent their first year working, learning to be new parents, and building their life together. They had a great support group made up of friends and family that helped them grow and strengthen their relationship and brought them closer. Eventually, they made the big decision to move to California where they established a new life that brings them great joy and happiness!

Before the wedding we discussed locations for their portraits. I realized the home where they would be married was not far from Willow Gardens Nursery. I contacted the nursery and asked if we could use their grounds for their first look and portraits. We were given permission and I was thrilled! At the nursery we found some amazing locations for their portraits. The light was just beautiful!

One week before the wedding, Chris contacted me and said he and Sabrina wanted to exchange personal vows with each other privately. We decided to have them do that during their first look. The nursery has an area closed off to the public that they used to use for weddings. It was the perfect spot for their first look and vows.
