Central Coast Senior Portraits

Taking senior portraits is the perfect way to commemorate all that they’ve done so far in their life, and a way to celebrate all the things the future has in store for them.

Senior year of high school marks a lot of milestones for the average young person. Senior year marks a lot of lasts, but also new beginnings. It may be the last year at home with their parents. It is the last year with the friends they’ve grown up with. It’s the year they become a legal adult.

Lauren is my daughter, my first born and my mini-me, and the time has already come for her senior portraits. I can’t believe how fast these 18 years have gone by. It’s just not fair. Her younger years were hard. Lauren takes after me. She is strong willed and a fighter. Her dad and I struggled when she was little because she always wanted to be in control, and in many ways, she was. We were exhausted and had to pick our battles with her carefully. We were always looking forward to the next phase of her life, hoping it would get easier, but this just made time go by faster than we really wanted it to.

I am so proud of the beautiful woman she has become. She is God-fearing, compassionate, sweet, pure, honest, trustworthy, funny, passionate, loyal, thoughtful, and still strong willed and stubborn, but in ways that benefit her as she navigates this life.

May God always guide and direct you, Lauren. Shine bright for him as you make your mark on this world. Leave it better than it was when you entered! XOXO
